Getting inexplicably sick during workouts? - sick nauseated feeling during intercourse

for an explanation of why I (nausea) during treadmill exercise, ie, cross trainers, stair, outside jogging.

the feeling usually goes away after I sat motionless for half an hour one, and I'm feeling good during training with weights, but can not be considered the heart makes me want to vomit (literally!)

Make sure something that day, but wait at least half an hour after eating, eat before exercising.

Also, be sure to warm up. Walk (not able to walk normally) for some time before the execution. It is also possible that simply are not ready for all the training we have attempted to do. Start by doing the heart just for five minutes or less per day (you find that you can not make you sick) and upwards.

It is good to consume at least 1 hour before exercise, too, I do not drink plenty of water immediately before or during the work of hydrated, but at all times. Eating fruits and vegetables, which the right nutrients to make the metabolism. If the problem persists, consult a doctor or dietitian.
