You need to discuss this with your doctor. Although 145/90 is not really as blood pressure. And every pulse and blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day. It also has to do with their health and fitness. I really see your doctor and tell him about it. It can be anything. My resting heart rate stands at 68th But I can practice and stay fit.

Be careful of Kali :-)

High blood pressure is 145/90, as you know. However, should your blood pressure and lower HR in the morning. Your body needs less oxygen, the rest is so difficult, the heart pumps less and slower. Like she needs to move and be active, your body more oxygen, the things in motion. Thus, the heart pumps harder and faster.

In reality, there are many things that affect our BP and heart rate every minute of the day. Emotions, stress, anger apart during the game. What we eat or drink, how can increase caffeine, sugar, and medicines, our BP and HR. Did you know that your blood pressure is important when you go to the toilet? True.

Doctors refer to a resting BP and HR.

I have a site that the basic information about the conditions that I have lists. Please visit the website to learn more about the heart rate and blood pressure to learn. The link is:

You need to go to a doctor because if you lie in bed ... Your heart must work harder ... that somewhere in a blocked artery. 145 is too high.

If you are overweight and a history of snoring I suggest evaluated for sleep apnea ... makes 60 beats per minute, has woken up not only weak ... Your doctor can tell more about the monitoring of blood pressure. Among several times during the day and track.
