I need help finding a rear facing carseat (that fits) for Toyota RAV4 2000! Suggestions? - graco snugride model 7440cnr3
Please, I need advice from those who have experience with the seats back and do it to have, model and year. I have a baby who has almost exceeded our Graco SnugRide, so I need recommendations for convertible seats combo. Thank you!

If you fit a SnugRide, you should be able to fit a car seat convertible. ) Convertible car seats (for older children and infants do not have an angle of 45 degrees, such as child seats. For the most seats is also acceptable for car seats made in the passenger seat. Reinforcements were called and some manufacturers like Britax, even encouraged, to reduce the bounce.
Previously, we had to make a Britax Marathon rearfacing in the back of our 1994 Saturn Coupe 2 doors. If they are, that in almost every seat fits again!
Do not be a marathon! LOL One of my 2 1 / 2 years old son and I ADOREit. But after purchase, I discovered that Britax an agreement with Fisher-Price, and the manufacture of a car seat that is sold under the name of FP. Use the tank almost exactly the same as the marathon, has the advantage of the expansion (up to 55 pounds), and back to 33 lbs. And it is only $ 130. A much better price than $ 270 for a marathon. Actually ended up buying the home of the Fisher-Price for my 9 1 / 2 months, and it's great!

I have the same car and I love my Britax Marathon. It fits very well and is even better when lit. I would not buy anything other than a Britax, due to security concerns functions they have.
Car seats are not something you want a chance in the hope that they are the same as another brand, the load is too precious to me.
Britax is a new small car model, you may be interested in is when the Britax Diplomat.
A Britax be adjusted, and they are the best as far as safety seat. I suggest Marathon Boulevard.

I like going to a local Babies R ... allows us to test their models on your car before you buy - this is much better than all the advice you get to see what fits in the space you have!
A car seat is, however, that not only the very good safety ratings, but it fits perfectly in your vehicle and are properly used to go - and test, and that for some, as you know who works for you and your vehicle!
